When you go to the doctor, they say they want you to be overall healthy right? Make sure your body is in tip top shape from head to toe, organs inside are working well, and your mind is clear. Now, how are you able to develop a clear mind? Just like anything in your life, mindset training should become part of your life and I’ll show you how to start today.

Each day, you are going to perform 4 Daily Tasks to give yourself a little encouragement for the day:

 

  • Say the Mindset Principles out loud and in the mirror. Rehearsing these mindset principles each day will help make sure these do not happen to you. To find out what the mindset principles are, go to the basketball page.
  • Do the Daily lesson Assignment.  For each topic, you will have a different daily assignment. This will make sure that you are constantly practicing and staying on top of everything. Example: Watch 1 motivational video.
  • Call the Success Hotline. This hotline is great! It is 3 minutes of encouragement, motivation, a pick me up, or whatever you want it to be. Call and listen to the his recordings before you start your each day.
  • Write down a list each night.  This list will have 4 different questions. At the end of your day, you will evaluate yourself to see how your day went. You will answer how you improved today, what you could have done better, what you are thankful for, and resolutions for tomorrow.
